The Job
The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Group Life Insurance segment. Key responsibilities include ensuring SLA compliance, meeting financial and business performance targets, managing relationships with brokers and corporate clients, and driving the acquisition of new Group Life business.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field from a recognised university and/or
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- ACII qualification is an added advantage
- 5–7 years of experience in Group Life Insurance,
- with demonstrated expertise in operations, business development, and relationship management
- In-depth knowledge of Group Life Insurance products, underwriting, and claims
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
