Job Role

  • Achieve the assigned budget (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly).
  • Achieve the company's targeted business mix of Motor and Non-Motor policies.
  • Maintain a minimum number of policy cancellations.
  • Maintain strong performance in renewal retention, PPW ratio, and new business channeling.
  • Expand business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients through the designated banks.
  • Formulate special packages and proposals with banks to drive business growth.
  • Identify the needs and demands of banks and customers and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with banks to ensure sustainable business growth while enhancing the company’s reputation.
  • Maintain a strong focus on both banks and customers.
  • Minimize the number of complaints received from banks and clients.

Job Pre-Requisites

  • Completion of GCE A/L.
  • Completion of insurance-related and marketing-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
