Job Role
- Achieve the assigned budget (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly).
- Achieve the company's targeted business mix of Motor and Non-Motor policies.
- Maintain a minimum number of policy cancellations.
- Maintain strong performance in renewal retention, PPW ratio, and new business channeling.
- Expand business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients through the designated banks.
- Formulate special packages and proposals with banks to drive business growth.
- Identify the needs and demands of banks and customers and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with banks to ensure sustainable business growth while enhancing the company’s reputation.
- Maintain a strong focus on both banks and customers.
- Minimize the number of complaints received from banks and clients.
Job Pre-Requisites
- Completion of GCE A/L.
- Completion of insurance-related and marketing-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation skills.
