In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to the Reservations Manager, while confirming bookings for accommodation, transport and activities across our Sri Lankan trips. You’ll partner with local suppliers, ensuring every detail is recorded and every reservation meets our pricing and service expectations. You’ll raise any booking concerns with the Reservations Manager, always with a focus on maintaining exceptional service standards. You’ll also support our Sales and Operations teams by answering booking queries and providing timely updates.
Whether it’s securing a last-minute hotel room or following up on a transport request, you will directly contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position operating out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
