Overview of the role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Manager – Planning & Pricing to lead pricing strategies for our Passenger Vehicles business. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen and market insight to drive profitability and competitiveness across multiple sales channels.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategic planning and product mechanisms for each model and sales channel, ensuring optimal positioning and effective discounting and tactical support.
- Establish competitive planning and product structures for both new and existing vehicle models across all distribution channels.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to assess and refine the company’s pricing stance.
- Execute end-of-life programs for aged models, including special edition pricing strategies that incorporate accessory value additions.
- Monitor and revise planning strategies in response to evolving market conditions and business performance metrics.
What equips you for the role
- An MBA and a bachelor's degree or other advanced analytical or finance degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly the passenger vehicle segment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and structured business and pricing understanding – both long-term and short-term.
- Analytical, data-driven outlook with strong segmentation skills.

- Capability to develop and implement effective planning and product strategies that drive business growth.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.

- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly the passenger vehicle segment.
