KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct and engage in informative culinary demonstrations for students according to the set curriculum.
- Guide students through practical sessions, ensuring high standards of learning.
- Manage à la carte food preparation and presentation with students.
- Support curriculum goals by sharing real-world industry insights and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel, restaurant or catering service with a strong focus on à la carte service.
- Diploma/degree in commercial cookery, or related field.
- Prior experience in culinary education or student mentoring is a must.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for teaching and developing culinary talents in youngsters.
