Production Executive
What you will be doing?
- Production Oversight: Manage daily production operations to meet schedules while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve production issues and use Root Cause Analysis to address recurring problems.
- Process & Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product standards are consistently met throughout production.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Optimize production capacity and manage inventory to align with demand forecasts.
- Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
What we are looking for in you?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Food Science / Physical science
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food domain
- Experience in bakery industry is preferred.
- Highly active and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication, ground leadership and analytical skills.
- You must willing to work in shift basis.
