SAZY Lanka Tours, a leading inbound tour company in Sri Lanka, is expanding its team!
Senior Tour Executive
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound tourism and sales.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills. Knowledge of Sri Lankan travel destinations, hotels, and tour operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Executive Operations
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in inbound travel and itinerary planning.
- Strong skills in hotel contracting, costings, and bookings.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and basic graphic tools.
- Creative, independent, and up to date with travel trends.
- Excellent communication in English; tech-savvy with basic digital marketing knowledge.
- A diploma in Travel & Tourism and other language skills are an added advantage.
Trainee
- School leavers or undergraduates aged 18–25.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); foreign language is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or graphic design is an advantage.
