  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Fluent in English and Sinhalese
  • IT literate (able to use Google suite, Canva & Microsoft Office well)
  • Able to manage staff and meetings
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience is not required but would be good to have for this role
