RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role involves contributing to the District development plan by improving supply and demand, conducting training sessions to help driver-partners understand the product and platform, and ensuring excellent service by addressing their inquiries, requests, and complaints. It also includes organizing and participating in district activations and promotions, being result-oriented with timely task completion, and supporting additional company tasks when required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates with a Degree, Diploma, or related professional qualification will be considered, and having at least 01 year of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
