Scope of the Work
Managing HR operations of the organization including following areas:
- Daily HR operation
- Training and development
- Performance appraisals
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects
- Employee engagement
- Employee benefits
- Employee onboarding
- Statutory and compliance
- Implementation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- HR policy development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in managing HR operations of an organization
- Strong communication, negotiation, and PR skills.
