What You'll Do:

  • Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor assessments, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to enhance business performance.

What we are looking for:

  • Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka.
  • Audit practice is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
