Requirements

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Monitor financial performance and control branch expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Supervise and motivate branch staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships and attract new clients to the branch.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the branch meets all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a branch management role or a similar leadership position.
  • Full/Part qualification in Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
