Requirements
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Monitor financial performance and control branch expenses to maximize profitability.
- Supervise and motivate branch staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships and attract new clients to the branch.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the branch meets all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a branch management role or a similar leadership position.
- Full/Part qualification in Business Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
