Assistant Manager-Corporate Sales

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team and oversee corporate sales initiatives. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive corporate sales growth, maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, and cultivate new business opportunities within the corporate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate B to B sales (Rooms and F & B Sales).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • An outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
