Job Summary
As a key member of our team, she/he will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the shipping process. She/He will interact directly with clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient freight movements while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
Candidate profile
- Full/ Part Qualification in Degree/ Diploma related to logistics.
- Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarize with working in Gensoft ERP system.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the same scope.
- Job type - full time.
