MANAGER MEDICAL SERVICES (RAGAMA)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily medical service operations, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with consultants, doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff to optimize clinical workflows
- Initiate policies, clinical guidelines, and patient safety protocols related to the hospital
- Ensure compliance with JCI/ACHSI accreditation requirements and other healthcare regulations
- Manage doctor scheduling, medical staff performance, and strategic workforce planning
- Collaborate with Senior Management to drive continuous improvements
- Address and attend to patient concerns related to services and enhance the overall patient experience
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- MBA/MSc in Medical Administration
- MBBS/MD or relevant healthcare qualification
- SLMC registered Doctor with 05 years managerial experience in the hospital/healthcare field
- Expertise in JCI/ACHSI accreditation, hospital operations, and quality management
- Expertise in implementing patient safety initiatives and clinical efficiency improvements
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills
- A resident of Ragama preferred
