Job Description
JUNIOR DIGITAL ANALYST
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement, supporting the execution and monitoring of digital initiatives across the organization, and ensuring IT activities align with strategic business goals. S/he also involves close collaboration with the Group Digital Office through reporting and coordination of key activities, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive technology-enabled business improvements.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a digital or process improvement environment
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma will be considered an added advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, ClickUp, and Visio is desirable
