QUALITY OFFICER - WATTALA
JOB PROFILE
- Responsible for the implementation and performance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure to implement, communicate and maintain all quality measures whilst ensuring that all employees receive proper quality standards training in the laboratory chain
- Ensure the Hospital to be complied by the international standards and safety regulations
- Travel to satellite laboratories and collection centres to supervise their laboratory standards and conduct audits
- Selected candidate will be placed at Hemas Hospitals Wattala
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Dynamic candidate with a B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Biological science or Diploma in Quality Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in a MLT role or Quality Assurance role in a reputed medical laboratory
- Individual with energetic personality, effective communication skills and ability to adjust to and work with teams
