JOB PROFILE
- Handles all inquiries and requests for services, provides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter
- Responsible for admission process, registration of customers, reservation of appointments and other service requests
- Coordinate patients at the OPD, receives the customers and will be directing patients and other visitors to respective departments while coordinating the scheduling of consultants and paramedical services
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should possess GCE A/L or any other professional qualification in PR/Marketing
- 02 – 03 years of experience in similar field
- Should be conversant with MS Office packages
- Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to details
- Having working experience in hospital/hotel as a PRO would be an added advantage
