QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
