Head of Sales

Job Profile
- Lead the global sales strategy and manage high-performing teams across multiple countries
- Use data to guide pricing, forecasts, and customer engagement initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to drive growth together
- Build strong relationships with partners like OTAs, travel agencies, corporate clients, and direct customers
- Find new revenue opportunities, markets, and strategic partners
- Motivate and support the sales team to hit ambitious targets and build a strong team culture
- Manage the full sales process to make sure leads turn into long-term customers
The Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales leadership, revenue management, and managing large sales teams—ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, corporate partnerships, and customer relationship management
- Strong command of CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM), sales automation tools, and performance analytics
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, team leadership, objection handling, and closing high-value deals
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, digital sales strategies, and managing inbound sales operations
- Sharp business acumen with a strong ability to scale operations, boost conversion rates, and drive sustainable profitability
