BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit salons in Colombo & selected districts.
- Identify and onboard new salon partners.
- Manage orders, coordinate training & logistics.
- Support salons with marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum A/L qualification. A diploma in sales, marketing or business management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, business development or a customer support.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare or wellness industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is a plus.
