IT Associate

Our team is driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are now looking for a dedicated professional to join us as an IT Associate.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues while managing and maintaining IT assets, including computers, servers, and network equipment.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, collaborating with other departments to understand and address their IT requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the security of IT systems and data, participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve the organization's IT capabilities, and document and maintain records of IT activities and incidents.
- Handle day-to-day issues and support with adherence to SLA timelines and creating and sharing reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management. You must possess strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, as well as experience in IT asset management and inventory control. Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols, SD-WAN technology, and wireless networks is essential, while experience with Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with a can-do attitude and teamwork spirit, will be key to excelling in this role.
