MIGRATION CONSULTANT
Location - Negombo, Sri Lanka
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Support clients from initial consultations to assess their migration needs and eligibility for different visa options, to guidance to clients throughout the migration process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and meets immigration standards.
- Liaise with immigration authorities on behalf of clients, responding to requests for additional information and resolving any issues that may arise during the application process.
- Keep abreast of changes to immigration laws, regulations, and policies, and update clients accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application status using the consultancy’s case management system.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in a migration consultancy specialising in migration or education services.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian / Canada or UK immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and lodging visa applications, preferably across a range of visa categories.
