Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or similar technical role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Experience or familiarity with data analysis.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Working knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) is desirable.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
