W15 is currently seeking exceptional service-oriented personnel with a good command of the English language to join and strengthen the workforce by enhancing the sales revenue.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER- SALES
WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING
- Conducts sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to W15 properties for DMC representatives and corporate clients
- Creating an effective branding and awareness programs and assistance in preparing bespoke marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budgets
- Proactively respond to all customer inquiries by phone, website or social media and meet revenue targets
- Monitor social media and review platforms of the hotels (Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / Tripadvisor)
- Represent W15 at various events and exhibitions
- Develop professional long term business relationships and serve as the main contact points for OTA’s and maintain sound business relationships with DMC and tour operators
- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Coordinate with front office and operation teams on sites
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree and CIM/SLIM or any acceptable sales and marketing qualification will be preferable
- Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession
- Minimum three years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry
- Experience in corporate sales and marketing
- Knowledge of the travel & tourism industry
- Advanced communication skills in written and spoken English is a must
- Strong media, presentation and computer skills
- Excellent PR skills
