Executive – Business Intelligence
Role - The position holder is accountable for data analysis, information provision for decision making and assistance in achieving organizational goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzing various performance criteria of the outlet and compiling reports for the management.
- Preparing management reports for the management meetings / discussions.
- Maintaining up to date information base on the outlet performance.
- Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) of supermarket operation.
- Engaging in Market surveys/ researches to understand developing trends in the Retail industry and apprise the management.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Management or part qualification in CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
- A Minimum of 01 year experience in business financial analytics is must.
- Excellent computer skill with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A good team player with flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
