Call Center Assistant

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and intimate claims of the CDUK Contact Centre.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide the first contact solution to the customers.
  • Pass on the information to relevant counselor once the initial counselling is done.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by going the extra mile.
  • Follow up with Counselors with the assigned leads.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Completion of G.C.E A/L examination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Willingness to work on shift basis to support the 24/7 operations.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
