Call Center Assistant
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and intimate claims of the CDUK Contact Centre.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide the first contact solution to the customers.
- Pass on the information to relevant counselor once the initial counselling is done.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by going the extra mile.
- Follow up with Counselors with the assigned leads.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Completion of G.C.E A/L examination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work on shift basis to support the 24/7 operations.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
