Job Description
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Management, Manufacturing, or related field. MBA or MSc in the relevant field will be an advantage.
- More than 3 years proven experience in the similar role, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of factory management, production management, quality standards, environmental and health and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with analytical skill.
- Excellent computer literacy and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age below 50 years.
- Location: Factory at Panadura.
