GROUP CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

As we grow across industries and markets, we are seeking a forward-thinking, strategic HR leader to join our senior leadership team as Group Chief People Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-looking HR strategy that supports business transformation and sustainable growth.
- Lead digital HR transformation initiatives, leveraging analytics to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture rooted in innovation, continuous learning, and inclusive leadership.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and executive development to build future-ready leadership pipelines.
- Design and implement performance and organizational development strategies that align with enterprise goals.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws while embedding HR best practices across all functions.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Expertise in HR technology platforms, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within HR.
- Strong interpersonal, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience managing large teams across diversified industries.
