Software & Business Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, manage and retain potential individual and corporate clients to sell software solutions (Smart Point of Sale, Digital Signage).
  • Develop & maintain strong B2B relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Periodically conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase value to prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and other departments to develop lead generation strategies and product improvements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging markets.
  • Report to Director, Sales and Operations.

Key Skills

  • Strong business development & sales management with a proven track record.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales and managing similar software or IT solutions is mandatory.
  • Ability to work and manage independently and take initiative in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in business development (software sales).
  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.

Salary + Incentives + Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Allowance (based on industry standards and candidate experience)
