Vacancy for Production Executive (Mabima, Horana)

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily production targets and optimize processes for efficiency
- Improve production quality while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Manage workforce allocation to minimize overtime and enhance productivity
- Monitor and maintain machinery to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with management on capacity expansion and operational improvements
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or a related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of engineering mechanics, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Experience in process optimization, supply chain management, and lean techniques
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or related qualifications (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills
