Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, manage the sales pipeline, and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and provide tailored lubricant solutions to meet customer needs.
- Guide and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance through training, development, and coaching.
- Identify new market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate on product promotion to drive growth.
- Analyse sales data, track team performance, and provide regular reports to senior management, ensuring continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Engineering, or NDT in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity and role, in the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various industries (automotive, industrial, marine).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
