- LMS Management: Manage the Learning Management System by ensuring employees can easily access training materials, track their progress, and stay up to date with their learning, while also creating and editing content for the platform.
- Content Writing and Editing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Social Media Management: Managing and optimizing social media platforms for Jetwing Academy.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative, engaging communication strategies and content.
