BRANCH MANAGER
Vacant Locations: Kiribathgoda / Embilipitiya / Matara / Ampara / Trincomalee
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the branch, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement robust operational plans that enhance the branch’s effectiveness and optimize daily processes.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance by maintaining all policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
- Proactively evaluate operational risks, educate management on potential challenges, and implement measures to minimize exposure.
- Build and nurture a high-performance team, fostering a work environment that encourages skill development, engagement, and performance.
- Streamline workflow through effective delegation, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and accountability across all teams.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience in a related industry out of which two (2) years’ experience as an Assistant Manager / Manager.
- Possessing a fully or partially completed degree in Business Management or a professional qualification (e.g., SLIM, CIM, CIMA) in a relevant field.
- Banking and finance industry experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, with an outgoing personality, and a team attitude.
- Candidate to be around 35 years of age.
