Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned lending targets through effective client engagement.
- Conduct thorough credit evaluations, appraisals, and field inspections to ensure risk-free lending practices.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute business development initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance market reach.
- Generate innovative ideas and confidently drive them from concept to execution.
- Prepare and submit timely MIS reports to the Branch Manager and Head Office.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Conduct client visits as required and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Possesses a strong academic foundation with a sound educational background.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
- Credit evaluation experience will be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications in Marketing or Credit Management (full or part) are desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Proficient in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken); fluency in Tamil will be an advantage.
