Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned lending targets through effective client engagement.
  • Conduct thorough credit evaluations, appraisals, and field inspections to ensure risk-free lending practices.
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute business development initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance market reach.
  • Generate innovative ideas and confidently drive them from concept to execution.
  • Prepare and submit timely MIS reports to the Branch Manager and Head Office.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
  • Conduct client visits as required and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Possesses a strong academic foundation with a sound educational background.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
  • Credit evaluation experience will be an added advantage.
  • Professional qualifications in Marketing or Credit Management (full or part) are desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken); fluency in Tamil will be an advantage.
