Our continuous expansion programmes necessitate a competent professional to join our team as an Executive – Human Resources.
Candidate Profile:
- Be partly qualified in HRM from a recognized university or institute
- Be below 30 years of age
- Have a minimum of 03 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experience in HR Analytics, performance management and employee engagement would be a definite advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Excellent level of computer literacy
- Be a team player and willingness and ability to take initiatives
