REQUIREMENTS;
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of various culinary techniques, cuisines, and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through innovative menu development.
