INVENTORY OFFICER
Transglobal Investments Company (Pvt) Ltd is a leading importer and distributor of top-tier home appliance brands in Sri Lanka. We also operate a state of the art furniture manufacturing plant, delivering high-quality solutions across the island. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to join our After-Service Division.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma in supply Chain and Logistic Management or an equivalent
- Advanced computer literacy
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills
- Helpful and courteous approach to resolving issues
- Hands-on experience in ERPs [IFS/SAP/Oracle] would be an added advantage
Job Profile
- Systemizing department Materials Requisition Notes
- Sub-contractor inventory analysis against ERP balances
- Local/import GRN raising and system posting
- Finished Goods debiting, stock analysis, and billing preparations
- Advise of Dispatches raising and systemizing
- Conducting cycle count reconciliations and APIs handling for Finished Goods/Rew Materials
- Spare Parts debiting and billing process
- Monitoring materials transactions
- Department-wise document filling and maintenance with serial sequence
