Production Executive
We are a well-established leading BOI approved printed corrugated cartons & boards manufacturing company located in Bandaragama (Kaluthara district). We seek dynamic, result oriented individual with a keen analytical mind, to join us as Production Executive.
Responsibility
- Plan, schedule and coordinate production to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Evaluate raw materials and equipment to guarantee readiness for production.
- Schedule shifts and assign workers to ensure proper coverage.
- Report on production status and any issues to upper management.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflow.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in a production setting.
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
