GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
AVISSAWELLA & RATMALANA
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CIMA, or ACCA qualified – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a group or multi-entity environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and reporting tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage account payable and receivable functions, including supplier payments, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Complete annual and quarterly audits.
- Lead and manage the finance functions and ERP system of all group entities.
- Prepare and oversee group-level budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Implement robust internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Support investment and business growth decisions with solid financial analysis.
