The Role

The HR Assistant at Phoenix will be responsible for handling all Works HR activities. We are looking for someone who is aspiring, energetic, self-motivated and goal oriented to drive the company towards achieving goals. If this is you, we are waiting to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the general HR function at company level including recruitment & absence management.
  • Provide administrative support for the smooth running of company operations.
  • Handle the HRIS.
  • Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities & events.
  • Build and maintain excellent professional relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other HR & Admin tasks or duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an HR related Degree, Diploma or partial completion of a Professional Qualification.
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 01 year experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English & Sinhala.
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with the ability to deliver results through functional relationships at different levels of the organization.
  • Highly self-motivated, ability and willingness to take-up challenges.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Age below 30 years.
