The Role
The HR Assistant at Phoenix will be responsible for handling all Works HR activities. We are looking for someone who is aspiring, energetic, self-motivated and goal oriented to drive the company towards achieving goals. If this is you, we are waiting to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the general HR function at company level including recruitment & absence management.
- Provide administrative support for the smooth running of company operations.
- Handle the HRIS.
- Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities & events.
- Build and maintain excellent professional relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
- Perform any other HR & Admin tasks or duties assigned.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an HR related Degree, Diploma or partial completion of a Professional Qualification.
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 01 year experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills both in English & Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with the ability to deliver results through functional relationships at different levels of the organization.
- Highly self-motivated, ability and willingness to take-up challenges.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Age below 30 years.
