The role

The Admin Assistant at Phoenix will be responsible for the Admin function of the factory. We are looking for someone who is aspiring, energetic, self-motivated and goal oriented to drive the company to achieve goals. If this is you, we are waiting to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage security operations within the factory premises.
  • Supervise cleaning activities to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order.
  • Monitor CCTV systems to ensure safety and security.
  • Conduct daily safety visits and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO regulations and company policies.
  • Provide HSE training to staff.

Requirements

  • Passed the Advanced Level examination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 01 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Retired forces personnel or individuals with HSE experience are highly preferred.
  • Experience in fire and first aid teams and a certificate course from NIOSH will be an added advantage.
  • Proximity to the factory is desirable (Horana / Ingiriya).
