Life Coordinator (Front Office Coordinator)
We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join Soneva Fushi Resort.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Administration department as a Guest Service Coordinator or a similar role.
- Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Opera systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage guests’ expectations and ensure their stay at the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
