Life Coordinator (Front Office Coordinator)

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join Soneva Fushi Resort.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Administration department as a Guest Service Coordinator or a similar role.
  • Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Opera systems.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage guests’ expectations and ensure their stay at the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
