We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join our team as a Help Desk Associate. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service for our diverse resident community.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; other languages a plus).
  • Familiarity with accommodation management, ferry bookings, and guest services.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and basic system data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Desirable:

  • Experience in institutional settings with high resident volume.

Food Catering Services

Position: Chef de Cuisine
Service: Buffet Style | Residents: 1300+

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to support our Head Chef in managing high-volume kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk cooking and buffet service, with the ability to deliver high-quality meals catering to a diverse, multi-national community.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in professional kitchens, including 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Experience in large-scale catering (1000+ covers/day).
  • Skilled in international cuisine and dietary variety.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and team coordination.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

Desirable:

  • Culinary certification and institutional/campus catering experience.
