HEAD OF MARKETING

We provide highly integrated professional services in the manufacturing, importation, distribution & promotion of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, Bio-Medical and Surgical products and are a member of the Sri Lanka Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry, National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka and The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
Considering our future expansion programmes, we are in the lookout for a dynamic individual as the Head of Marketing
JOB PROFILE
- Be a strategist and effectively manage the filed operation
- Identify business growth potentials and craft marketing strategies and effectively implementing them
- Network with the medical fraternity and develop the market demand
- Meet the forecasted sales targets
- Identify strategic alliances/acquisitions for business growth
- Identify the talent needs for marketing operation and attract and retain them
- Effectively train and motivate the team for superior performance
PEOPLE PROFILE
- Be a qualified marketer
- Preferably have an MBA from a recognized university
- Previous and sound exposure to pharmaceutical marketing and with proven records of excellent performance - minimum of 20 years of marketing exposure coupled with over 5 years of field management exposure
- Possess excellent network with medical fraternity in cardiology and psychiatric disciplines
- Exposure to supply chain management and with foreign principals (suppliers)
- Be a strategist and a person hungry for business growth
- Possess effective leadership competencies coupled with flair for sound communication
