Landscaping Supervisor
As our Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the planning, care, and maintenance of all hotel gardens, outdoor areas, and green features. You’ll play a key role in shaping the aesthetic of our grounds, ensuring they remain vibrant, inviting, and in harmony with our brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (preferably within a hospitality environment)
- Strong knowledge of plant care, garden design, and local flora
- Hands-on experience with gardening tools and irrigation systems
- Eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating beautiful welcoming outdoor spaces
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Certification in horticulture, landscape design, or a related discipline
- Experience with sustainable or organic landscaping practices
Ideal candidate should be available within the Galle District and able to travel to Ahangama on a daily basis.
