COORDINATOR – MEMBER RELATIONS

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize budgetary recoveries of lapsed and current membership subscriptions.
- Assist in managing resource allocation for various events conducted by MRD.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and recovery of membership subscriptions.
- Issuance of membership certificates to new members.
- Collaborate with committees and sub-committees to address research and data analysis requirements.
- Support initiatives to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
- Liaise with CA sub-groups to facilitate and support their programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member data in the system.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support for member-related activities.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure high team performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- A recognized degree from a local or international university or a full professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
