Technical Sales Executive
Finco Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a dynamic and rapidly growing IT company committed to excellence, takes pride in its innovative solutions and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), identifying new customers for repair and maintenance services, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the IT and electronics field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) by identifying and targeting potential customers.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for repair and maintenance services in the IT and electronics field.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Suitable degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of technical products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
