Senior Executive – Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to develop tailored client solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Manage the full business development cycle—from lead generation to contract closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to promote Advantis Projects.
- Maintain accurate reports on business development performance and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and OHS policies.
- Leverage automation tools like Zapier and Make.com to optimize business development processes.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 or 6 years in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in Logistics or Transportation industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 will be an added advantage.
