Executive-Warehouse & Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely ordering of stock and maintain stock properly
- Ensure smooth loading and unloading process in coordination with the sales, production & purchasing departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of shipments, inventory & other logistical operations.
- Perform stock verification and cycle counts as per the schedule
- Meet efficiency and timelines set by the company
- Be responsible for proper filing and maintenance of records
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by the management
Key Requirements
- Male or Female candidates aged below 35 years
- Ability to supervise people
- Degree or Diploma in areas of logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management.
- Minimum of G.C.E. A/L qualification
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Good Communication skills in English, Sinhala languages and strong computer literacy (Microsoft office package)
- Basic knowledge of logistics operational activities
- Familiarity with warehouse management software systems would be an added advantage
